Devlog Update #4
Greetings and welcome to Jank Inc.’s fourth blog post! I’m Vichai Xiong, one of the programmers on Curse of Janksbury.
A short update on the Bigger Picture.
The sprint is finally coming along and we are in the process of starting to combine all of the little pieces together to finish a working beta/alpha. I have been working on our jank gun energy bar system while my team works on linking it up with the jank gun. Currently right now I am working with the respawn system and reaching checkpoints in the game. As our game gets bigger and bigger the little things we do in our game tends to break as we start to combine them together. Although it is frustrating at times to take a step forward and 2 steps back, the game is still moving along in its course. Our game is finally progressing the way we want it to and we hope to have a fully functioning level by the next sprint.
